This is one of two saws which found their way to us from a PA estate. The wood has a deep, rich grain, the blade has a pleasing patina and some character that only comes from aging gracefully. Handle has makers mark reading "Disston & Sons" 29" L.

Delightfully primitive homemade dipper made from what used to be a can and a spare pan handle. I have no way to accurately date this, but it was among estate items dating to the 1930's and 40's. "Can" 4" across, handle 6" l.
